Plasti-kote Metal Protekt can be used on both interior and exterior surfaces and gives long-lasting protection against rust and corrosion. Available in 9 colour finishes, Metal Protekt is ideal for giving a splash of colour to wrought iron gates or garden furniture and many other decorative projects.

DRYING TIME:

Allow to dry for 5 minutes between coats. Touch Dry in 10 - 20 minutes. Thoroughly dry in 30 - 40 minutes.

APPLICATION TIPS:

Use only in well ventilated areas.

Ensure surface is clean and dry.

Three thin coats are recommended rather than one heavy coat.

Before applying spray on an inconspicuous area to ensure compatibility and suitability.

Special precautions should be taken during preparation of pre-1960 paint surfaces as they may contain harmful lead.
If using on bare surfaces we recommend a Plasti-kote metal primer. For best results use Plasti-kote Metal Protekt Sealer (1300) as a top coat finish.
